We are a band from Mparntwe (Alice Springs), blending folk, country, and rock in our originals and re-interpretations of our favourite songs. Our lineup is Emma Gerard (vocals and bass), Peter Martin (guitar, pedal steel and vocals), Dane Neil (drums) and Nicholas “Roadie” Miller (Mandolin, vocals and electric washboard). We have been playing together for 3 years in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), and have recently recorded our first EP, “Lonesome Desert Hound”. This has been recorded and will be released in April 2025.

Our music is upbeat with a high energy and the lyrics capture the unique landscape and characters of Central Australia. We write songs about oat milk latte sipping youth workers from the East Coast, charismatic camp dogs and everything in between. 70% of our songs are also 70’s americana sing-along classics that get people up and dancing every time!
